Terms of Service

For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that limit, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will be notified all the tracking numbers by email.

Delivery time

The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay. For more details, please kindly visit "Customs & Tax" and "Shipping & Delivery".

If payment of your order received by us can be verified before 8 am on a business day, your order will be dispatched to our delivery service providers within the next two business days in general. Please note that Sasa.com business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).

Since some of the customs authorities (for instance, UK, France, Germany, Spain or Russia) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections for up to 4-6 weeks. Should you encounter any difficulties, please "contact us" for assistance.

"First-time Purchase" reminder:
Order processing time may be slightly longer due to the payment verification process with the bank for security control and fraud protection reason. To review your order status, please simply login to "my account".

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.)

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged $25 for resend shipping fee* per parcel.

* Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
